Inclusion Criteria
Patients of either sex with age between 18 to 70 years
Willing and able to participate in the study
Patient having signs and symptoms of Pakshaghata fulfilling the diagnostic criteria
Patients who are Yogya for Basti Karma
Mild to moderate hypertensive shall be considered Antihypertensive Anticoagulant Antidiabetic Medicines will be continued
Chronicity limits upto 1 year
Exclusion Criteria
Patient of age less than 18 and more than 70 years
Patients who are Ayogya for Basti Karma
Uncontrolled hypertension
Patients of Intracranial infection
Intracranial space occupying lesions and trauma
Patients with altered sensorium
Chronicity limits more than 1 year
