Inclusion Criteria
Adults aged 19 to 59 years old
- Individuals who use smartphones
Exclusion Criteria
- Individuals with evidence of intellectual disabilities or organic brain damage
- Those with a history of diagnosed psychotic spectrum disorders
- Individuals with sleep disorders such as hypersomnia, respiratory-related sleep disorders, or parasomnias
- Those who find it difficult to wear wrist-worn wearable devices continuously
