•1. Elderly with mild AD, aged 65 years and above;
•2. Acute exacerbation of chronic musculoskeletal pain;
•3. Pain score (Faces Pain Scale-Revised, FPS-R) 4 points and able to understand the pain intensity represented by each facial expression in FPS-R;
•4. Health conditions allow the use of finger-clip oximeter and electronic sphygmomanometer;
•5. The shape and skin of the ear are normal;
•6. Caregivers, elders and/or family members voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.

•1. Severe heart, liver and other systemic diseases and acute abdomen or acute pain that may require intervention by other medical means, such as acute myocardial infarction, appendicitis, fracture, etc.;
•2. Those with severe mental disorders;
•3. Those who are allergic to tape and alcohol, and should not be buried in ear acupuncture;
•4. It is difficult to make a precise evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of intervention methods.
