1. Rheumatoid arthritis with secondary osteoarthritis
2. performed primary TKA between March 2002 and December 2019
3. Minimum 1 year follow-up
4. Complete data record
1. Complicated primary TKA(post HTO, post traumatic, post septic arthritis)
2. Case with use constrain prosthesis (VVC, Hinge knee prosthesis) or require metal augment to fill bone defect
3. History of periprosthetic fracture follow TKA
4. Aseptic loosening
5. Intra operative collateral ligament injury require post operative immobilization
