- •spray and antibiotics within the last one month
- •2. Known cases of bronchial asthma
- •1. Known immunocompromised patients

- •3. Patients with mucociliary dysfunction (e.g.
- •Cystic Fibrosis, Kartagener’s syndrome)
- •4. Patients with a history of prior nasal surgery
- •5. Patients with known cardiac illness or those
- •with long QT syndrome
