- •Clinical diagnosis of recurrent idiopathic clubfoot
- •The initial treatment was treated with the ponseti method
- •Dynamic supination
- •The max-dorsiflexion of angle <5°
- •The fore foot is adduct
- •The sole is cavus

- •Symptomatic recurrent clubfoot
- •Tarsal fusion
- •Rigid recurrent clubfoot
