Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA grade I and II suffering from chronic pain due to post herpetic neuralgia for at least 3 months

Exclusion Criteria

  • •unwilligness to participate
  • •history of local anaesthesia infiltration at the site of lesion
  • •positive viral markers
  • •patients on anti coagulants
  • •patients on immunosuppressants/ steroids
  • •pregnant and lactating women
