Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA grade I and II suffering from chronic pain due to post herpetic neuralgia for at least 3 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •unwilligness to participate
- •history of local anaesthesia infiltration at the site of lesion
- •positive viral markers
- •patients on anti coagulants
- •patients on immunosuppressants/ steroids
- •pregnant and lactating women
