1. Diagnosed by x ray findings- diminution of the intervertebral spaces / inter articular joints are narrowed and irregular/ lipping at the corner of the vertebral bodies and presence of osteophytes around the interarticular joints.
2. Patients suffering from lumbar spondylosis at least of 3 months.
3. Literate persons: ability to read vernacular language
4. Providing written informed consent to participate.
1. If patient suffering from any other chronic low back pain
2. Patients have undergone any organ transplantation
3. Patients using steroids/immunosuppressive medication/psychiatric disorders
4. Patients unwilling take part and not giving consent to join the study
5. Patients unable to read patient information sheet
6. Cases already undergoing homeopathic treatment for any chronic diseases
7. Cases suffering from uncontrolled systemic illness or life threatening infections.
