Patients can participate in this study if all of the following criteria are met.1) Adults over 19 years of age 2) Those who underwent binocular cataract surgery at the hospital and observed it for more than a month 3) Dry eyes are diagnosed if one or more of the following criteria are satisfied. (A) A person who has symptoms of dry eye at the time of one month of binocular cataract surgery. (B) If tear film destruction time (TBUT) is less than 10 seconds. (C) If more than 5 corneal spots on eye surface staining are observed 4) Ocular surface disease index (OSDI) score 13 points or more 5) A person who voluntarily agreed to participate in this study.
If any of the following criteria are met, patients cannot participate in this study.1) If complications occur during or after cataract surgery 2) No meibum secretion at all due to blocked meibomian glands in the upper and lower eyelids 3) Previous punctal plug or puntal cauterization history 4) Eye trauma, infection or burn history within the last 3 months 6) usage of topical cyclosporine A 0.05% in the last 3 months 7) History of Sjogren's syndrome, giant papillary conjunctivitis or corneal limbal epithelial cell deficiency 8) Pregnant or lactating women 9) allergic to fluorescein or eye anesthetics 10) Other subjects who are thought to be unsuitable by investigator
