- •Cardiovascular diseases , Severe liver disease , Severe kidney disease , Micro vascular injuries , Diabetes mellitus , Thyroid disorders , Autoimmune disorders , Active malignant disease , Female subjects during menstruation , Pregnancy or lactation period , Subjects with any systemic illness , Obstructive sleep apnoea .
