1.Football players performing at district level and above.
2.Football Players practicing for more than 6 months, 3 - 4 times a week.
3.Football Players between the age of 18-26 years.
1. Football Players with resting systolic BP exceeding 90 mmHg.
2.Football Players with resting diastolic BP exceeding 140 mmHg.
3.Football Players with any orthopedic, neurological or cardiovascular diseases.
4.Football Players currently taking any medications or supplements (including hormonal contraceptives) or having a history of blood clotting.
5.Football Players that reported smoking in last 6 months.
