Inclusion Criteria
Females
Aged 18-25 years
Chronic neck pain at least 3 months with pain scale 3-8
Neck pain during active movement
Craniovertebral angle less than 50 degrees
Exclusion Criteria
The abnormal of eyesight cannot be corrected with glasses.
History of spinal or shoulder surgery/ injury
Scoliosis
Other musculoskeletal disorders at neck and shoulder regions
The person who exercises regularly
