简要总结
If woman straining untimely Vayu gets obstructed by foetus and having combined with kapha and rakta produces prolapse which obstructs the passage of menstrual flow. This is known as karnini. There are several drugs for karnini yonivyapada but here I have chosen Kusthadi varti to reduce recurrences. Therefore I have selected 40 patients aged between 18-45 years, patient should be selected on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria. The trial will be 8 days for consecutive 3 months and follow up after 8 days. Cured after 3 months patient gets 80-100 percent relief from sign and symptoms.

- •Married women of reproductive age 18 -45 years Diagnosed patient of Karnini Yonivyapada.
排除标准
- •Unmarried patients Pregnant women Pelvic palpable pathology like cyst, fibroid etc Major Systemic disorders HIV, HCV, VDRL, HBsAg positive patient.

时间窗: Three courses once in a day for 8 days for 3 consecutive months
次要结局
- Improvement in vaginal itching and amount of vaginal discharge(After analysing all parameters the result will be assessed on the basis of symptomatic relief and improvement.)
