Inclusion Criteria
Patients who are scheduled to undergo elective surgery under over 3 hour of general anesthesia with American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status classification I or II.
Exclusion Criteria
A.Preoperative body temperature abnormality (below 36 celius degree or ablove 38 celcius degree)
B.Patients with thyroid disease, diabetes, hypertension, brain tumor
C.Patients who has caogulation dysfunction and bleeding tendency
D.Emergency surgery
