- •1. Age >18 Years
- •2. Tissue proven diagnosis of non-sarcoid granuloma (node/ myocardial)
排除标准
- •1.Other causes of granulomatous myocarditis- e.g. Myocardial TB (positive for TB PCR, caseating granuloma, AFB culture, pulmonary TB)
- •2.VT related to extensive scar to be excluded (as these scar related VT are not expected to improve with anti-inflammatory therapy in contrast to inflammatory VT)
