Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent;
- •2\. Patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction;
- •3\. Direct PCI indications;
- •4\. Aged 20 to 80 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Chest pain symptoms \> for 12 hours;
- •2\. Severe hypotension or cardiogenic shock that cannot be corrected by optimized medication;
- •3\. Successful thrombolysis ;
- •4\. Platelet (PLT) \< 100,000mm3 or male hemoglobin (Hb) \< 120g/L, female \< 110g/L; Creatinine \> 110 umol/L; Uric acid \> 0\.42mol/L; Heart rate \< 50 beats/min; BMI \< 18\.5kg/m2 or \>\= 24kg/m2; Male weight \< 50Kg; Female weight \< 40Kg;
- •5\. History of other myocardial infarction in the past 5 weeks;
- •6\. The condition was unable to complete PCI;
- •7\. Pregnant and nursing women;
- •8\. Participated in other clinical trials within the past 1 month;
- •9\. Not suitable for participants.
