Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent;
  • 2\. Patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction;
  • 3\. Direct PCI indications;
  • 4\. Aged 20 to 80 years.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Chest pain symptoms \> for 12 hours;
  • 2\. Severe hypotension or cardiogenic shock that cannot be corrected by optimized medication;
  • 3\. Successful thrombolysis ;
  • 4\. Platelet (PLT) \< 100,000mm3 or male hemoglobin (Hb) \< 120g/L, female \< 110g/L; Creatinine \> 110 umol/L; Uric acid \> 0\.42mol/L; Heart rate \< 50 beats/min; BMI \< 18\.5kg/m2 or \>\= 24kg/m2; Male weight \< 50Kg; Female weight \< 40Kg;
  • 5\. History of other myocardial infarction in the past 5 weeks;
  • 6\. The condition was unable to complete PCI;
  • 7\. Pregnant and nursing women;
  • 8\. Participated in other clinical trials within the past 1 month;
  • 9\. Not suitable for participants.
