入选标准
- •1. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent;
- •2. Patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction;
- •3. Direct PCI indications;
- •4. Aged 20 to 80 years.
排除标准
- •1. Chest pain symptoms > for 12 hours;
- •2. Severe hypotension or cardiogenic shock that cannot be corrected by optimized medication;
- •3. Successful thrombolysis ;
- •4. Platelet (PLT) < 100,000mm3 or male hemoglobin (Hb) < 120g/L, female < 110g/L; Creatinine > 110 umol/L; Uric acid > 0.42mol/L; Heart rate < 50 beats/min; BMI < 18.5kg/m2 or >= 24kg/m2; Male weight < 50Kg; Female weight < 40Kg;
- •5. History of other myocardial infarction in the past 5 weeks;
- •6. The condition was unable to complete PCI;
- •7. Pregnant and nursing women;
- •8. Participated in other clinical trials within the past 1 month;
- •9. Not suitable for participants.
