Inclusion Criteria
1. Age more then 18-65yrs
2. 1st ever stroke resulted in hemiplegia (more than 3 months)
3. Wrist flexor spasticity according to Brunstrome grade < 3
4. Modified Modified Ashworth scale grade 1-3
Exclusion Criteria
1. Having any contraindication to Dry Needling such as bleeding disorders(hemophilia,), hyperalgesia, tumor, lymphoedema
2. Sensory loss in forearm
3. Metal implants in the upper limb(Elbow, Wrist)
4. Needle Phobia
