- •American society of anaesthesiologist physically status 1 \& 2 patients posted for lower thoracic or lumbar spine surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, significant cardiac arrhythmia causing hemodynamic instability, hypertensive patients on ACE inhibitors
