Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. ASA physical status III or less
- •2. Primary breast cancer for unimastectomy/breast
- •conservation surgery
- •4. With or without lymph node dissection
- •5. Women younger than 75 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •age more than 75 years
- •ASA status IV or more
- •Patient refusal
- •Coagulopathy
- •Patients with history of allergy to study drugs.
