Inclusion Criteria
1.American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status 2,
2.Normotensive,
3.Term singleton pregnancy,
4.Aged 19 years and older,
5.BMI <30
6.well controlled Diabetes Mellitus and Bronchial Asthma.
Exclusion Criteria
•contraindications to spinal anaesthesia
• hypertension
• cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease
• non reassuring fetal heart rate variability
