- •patients age 18 60 year
- •diagnosed of functional dyspepsia
- •symptoms fail to response 2 month course of PPI or prokinetics therapy
排除标准
- •patients with psychological problems or severe medical comorbid disease
- •patients who currently taking antidepressant anxiolytics
- •patients with history of nortriptyline allergy
