简要总结
Present in vivo study will be carried out on 45 primary teeth of Healthy children aged 3-10 years in the Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry, MMCDSR, MM(DU), to compare the instrumentation time, obturation quality and post- operative pain using manual (K files)l and pediatric rotary file (Baby blue and Kedo S plus). The selected participants according to inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study will be randomly divided into three equal groups using Lottery Method. A qualified pediatric dentist will undertake all pulpectomy procedures and Instrumentation time will be noted followed by evaluation of the quality of obturation using Coll and Sadrian criteria. Post-operative pain will be assessed after 24 hours. The collected data will be systematically tabulated and subjected to statistical analysis.

- •Fully erupted primary teeth Teeth with two third of tooth root and intact apex Children exhibiting Positive behaviour (Frankel 3 and 4).
排除标准
- •Tooth having crack, internal/external resorption Any Calcifications/ Furcation involvement / mobility Gross loss of tooth structure.
- •Periapical infections involving the crypts of succedaneous tooth.
