1.Intubated for more than 72 hours
2.Extubated after spontaneous breathing trial
3.Age 18 years to 99 years
Exclusion Criteria
1.Neurological impairment
2.Self Extubated
4.Intubated outside the Kasturba hospital
5.Tracheostomy patient
6.On home oxygen support
7.Palliative extubation cases
