1.No pregnant with intact uterus women age 20-40 years with endometriotic cyst needed laparoscopic surgery
2.Has suspected ovarian endometrioma diagnosed by ultrasonography size at least 3 cm
3.Regular menstrual cycle for more than 3 consecutive months
4.No oral hormonal treatment for at least 3 months, depot-medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA) or GnRH agonist for at least 6 before surgery
5.No NSAIDS treatment for at least 3 months before surgery
6.Willing to participate
1.Women with underlying diseases such as DM, HT, thrombosis, abnormal coagulation, heart disease, liver and gall bladder disease, cerebral arterial/venous diseases, cancer.
2.Contraindication for oral combine pills such as allergy to pill, abnormal vaginal bleeding, endometrial hyperplasia
3.Abnormal pap smear
4.Drink alcohol or smoking
5.Pathology result not endometriosis
