- •- Aged 25-50 years old with Relative Melanin Value (RMV) range 20-120 and/or melasma area and severity index at least 10
- •- Be able to follow the study protocol
- •- Written consent of the volunteer
排除标准
- •1. History of eczema or psoriasis within 6 months
- •2. History of herbes
- •3. Incident of facial warts, wounds or scars
- •4. Medical or cosmetic treatment with steroids, antibiotics, NSAIDs, anti-histamine, azelaic acid, kojic acid, hydroquinone, chemical peels, tretinoin or isotretinoin within 4 weeks before the study
- •5. History of major operation within 1 year
- •6. History of skin cancer within 1 year
- •7. Pregnancy or lactation
- •8. Heavy smoker or drinker
