Inclusion Criteria

1. Adult aged 18 years or above
2. Chronic rhinosinusitis
3. Candidate for endoscopic sinus surgery

Exclusion Criteria

1. Age below 18 years
2. Previous sinus operations
3. Unilateral or asymmetric disease
4. Severe comorbidities such as bleeding disorders
5. Inability or unwillingness to give consent for the study
