- •Parents or guardians of babies; cared at Januário Cicco Maternity School; with or without risk indicators for hearing impairment; with or without newborn hearing screening; health professionals from study local; work during the day in the rooming-in or in the kangaroo unit; who agree to participate in the study
排除标准
- •Refusal to participate in the study; individuals under the age of 18; did not complete the questionnaires; professionals in the administrative sector; professionals who work exclusively at night
