Inclusion Criteria
1.Aged 18-75 adult male and female<br>2. First time to receive liver transplantation or kidney transplantation<br>3. For kidney transplantation, Creatinine > 133mmol/L<br>4. For liver transplantation, Creatinine > upper limit of normal <br>5. No history of sirolimus<br>6. Signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- multiple organ transplantation<br>2. Patients with previous allergies to sirolimus and its derivatives<br>3. (TG)>300 mg/dL;(TC)>350 mg/dL<br>4. Severe local or systemic infection<br>5. Known HIV infection<br>6. Platelet < 75000/ml<br>7. Women with family plan<br>8. No use of drug that could affect the test result of creatinine, such as calcium dobesilate capsules and phenethylamine<br>9. proteinuria>0.8g/day
