  • 1. Age ≥ 18 years
  • 2. Patients with hematologic malignancy (any stage and treatment)
  • 3. Baseline M-SOS score at enrolment more than 0
  • 4. Hemodynamic stable without vasopressor at time enrolment

排除标准

  • - Pregnancy
  • - Palliative treatment
  • - Post cardiac arrest at this admission
  • - Patient who was directly admit to ICU
