- •Children from 6 months to 14 years referred to Beheshti Hospital clinic in Kashan
- •The patient's lack of recent antibiotic use
- •Clinical diagnosis of acute bacterial sinusitis, based on clinical criteria and diagnosis and confirmation by a pediatric infectious disease specialist
排除标准
- •Sinusitis over 4 weeks
- •Failure to use antibiotics correctly
- •Nasal obstruction due to nasal deviation or nasal polyps
- •History of chronic sinusitis or allergic rhinitis
