Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.FEMALE STUDENTS BETWEEN THE AGE GROUP 16 TO 30 YEARS.
- •2\.THOSE WHO ATTAIN MENARCHE BEFORE TWO YEARS.
- •3\.FEMALES HAVING MENSTRUAL IRREGULARITIES.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.THOSE WHO ARE HAVING HISTORY OF MENTAL ILLNESS.
- •2\.PREGNANT AND LACTATING STUDENTS.
- •3\.THOSE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM SEVERE SYSTEMIC ILLNESS AND ANY TYPE OF CARCINOMA.
- •4\.THOSE WHO ARE NOT WILLING TO TAKE PART IN STUDY.
