Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.FEMALE STUDENTS BETWEEN THE AGE GROUP 16 TO 30 YEARS.
  • •2\.THOSE WHO ATTAIN MENARCHE BEFORE TWO YEARS.
  • •3\.FEMALES HAVING MENSTRUAL IRREGULARITIES.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.THOSE WHO ARE HAVING HISTORY OF MENTAL ILLNESS.
  • •2\.PREGNANT AND LACTATING STUDENTS.
  • •3\.THOSE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM SEVERE SYSTEMIC ILLNESS AND ANY TYPE OF CARCINOMA.
  • •4\.THOSE WHO ARE NOT WILLING TO TAKE PART IN STUDY.
