入排标准
入选标准
- •1.AGE-40 years TO 90 years
- •2.Patients who have undergone phacoemulsification surgery by one of the 3 specific surgeons through clear corneal incision with in-the-bag intraocular lens and have certain predetermined parameters of cataract and intra operative findings are recruited immediately following surgery and eye pad opening
- •3.CDE <40 ; Intraoperative fluid used < 500ML
- •4.LOCS grade of cataract < NO4 NC4
- •5.Cases included in the study are those done by 3 specific surgeons
- •6.Preoperative corneal endothelial count- Above 1800
- •7.Preoperative NORMAL IOP[ <20 mm of hg]
排除标准
- •1. Corneal dystrophies and other opacities or diseases precluding routine surgery
- •2. Complicated cataract
- •3. Cataract associated with glaucoma
- •4. Detectable posterior segment lesions
- •6. Irregular follow up
- •7. Intraoperative additional instrumentation
- •8. Intraoperative complications like PCR, vitreous loss
- •9. Allergy to any of the drugs ( timolol maleate, ripasudil)
- •10.Bronchial Asthma
- •11.Any cardiac abnormalities
- •12.Any patient deemed unfit by the surgeon
