Inclusion Criteria
All patients undergoing AVF creation in Department of Urology, AIIMS Jodhpur
Exclusion Criteria
Incomplete palmar arch (Allenâ??s test negative)
Previously Failed artery-venous fistula at wrist
Severe calcification or atherosclerosis in artery
Un-correctable coagulopathy
Unwilling to participate
Radial artery diameter <2mm
Cephalic vein diameter of <2mm and/or presence of thrombosis
Cephalic vein length <10 cm
