1. stroke patients with either side of hemiparesis
2. duration of 1-6 mo from diagnosed day to day enrolled
3. Brunnstrom recovery stage 2-5
4. age more than 18 years old
5. follow at least 2-step command
6. not enrolling in any other research associated with recovery of effected limb.
1. unstable vital sign
2. diagnosed with epilepsy
3. non co-operation
4. mederate to severe neglect of effected side
5. cannot tolerate 30 minute of sitting position
6. Modified Ashworth Score of muscle around shoulder and elbow more than 3
7. fixed contracture of shoulder or elbow
8. experienced moderate to severe pain at shoulder or elbow
9. cannot clearly seen monitor screen at distance of 2 meters
