Inclusion Criteria
1.Age 18 to 70 years and above.
2.Patients on ventilator who has not under sedation for the last 6 hours.
3.Patients who are unconscious due to any pathology.
4.Patients with a GCS of 3-8.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Participants age less than 18 and more than 70 years.
2. Patients currently under sedation.
3. Patient is hemodynamically unstable.
4. Patient with GCS of more than 8.
