18 Years to 70 Years (—)

Inclusion Criteria

  • Garden Type III femoral neck fracture
  • - Kellgren-Lawrence score under grade III
  • - Internal fixation with sliding hip screw combined with antirotation screw

Exclusion Criteria

  • - Kellgren-Lawrence score of IV
  • - Garden Type I, II and IV femoral neck fracture
  • - Patients older than 70 years at time of surgery
  • - Femoral neck fracture stabilized by different implants other than the combination of sliding hip screw and antirotation screw
  • - Patients with preliminary disturbances of gait patterns and injuries of the affected hip
