- All
Inclusion Criteria
- •Garden Type III femoral neck fracture
- •- Kellgren-Lawrence score under grade III
- •- Internal fixation with sliding hip screw combined with antirotation screw
Exclusion Criteria
- •- Kellgren-Lawrence score of IV
- •- Garden Type I, II and IV femoral neck fracture
- •- Patients older than 70 years at time of surgery
- •- Femoral neck fracture stabilized by different implants other than the combination of sliding hip screw and antirotation screw
- •- Patients with preliminary disturbances of gait patterns and injuries of the affected hip
