Inclusion Criteria

Males and females between the age group 20-60 years, ASA class I-II, BMI 18.5-29.9, Undergoing surgeries of forearm and hand

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with ASA grade III, IV and V,

2. Patient refusal for the block,

3. Known hypersensitivity to local anesthetics ,

4. Opioid addicts,

5. Systemic diseases ( cardiac, renal or hepatic disease),

6. Uncooperative patients,

7. Bleeding disorders,

8. Anatomical abnormality/ infection at the regional site ,

9. Patients with partial blocks
