Inclusion Criteria

1. The patients who meet the diagnosis of sepsis in traditional Chinese medicine are positive, the patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis in western medicine, and the patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis in western medicine;
2. Lung infected;
3. The initial APACHE II score more than 8;
4. Male and female aged 18 and 80 years;
5. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Sepsis shock;
2. Severe upper respiratory tract stenosis / obstruction, enlarged hemoptysis;
3. Active bleeding of digestive tract, fecal incontinence, intestinal perforation, mechanical intestinal obstruction;
4. Malignant tumor patients with advanced cachexia;
5. Patients with severe bleeding tendency and coagulation mechanism disorder;
6. Pregnant or lactating patients;
7. Persons with mental or legal disabilities (blind, deaf, dumb, mentally retarded, mentally disabled, physically disabled) and unable to cooperate;
8. Patients who are currently participating in or participated in other clinical trials within one month of this study;
9. Patients with other enema, fiberoptic bronchoscopy contraindications;
10. Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine belongs to deficiency.
