Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients above the age of 7 years
- •2\.ASA physical status I\-II
- •3\.Scheduled for elective primary unilateral TMJ ankylosis surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient refusal to participate in the study
- •2\.History of allergy to any of the study drug
- •3\.Patient on analgesic medication
- •4\.Inability to comprehend VAS pain assessment scale
