age: 40-60 years
Both gender
Iliotibial band tightness
Knee osteoarthritis diagnosed as per ACR (American college of Rheumatology) criteria

Exclusion Criteria

knee arthroplasty
bone tumor
Any other knee pathology
Osteomyelitis
limb length shortening
