Inclusion Criteria
Participants' age ranged from 18 to 65 years (healthy group)
and in IBS-C group (use ROME IV criteria)
Exclusion Criteria
History of treatment for other organic or psychiatric disorders, current medication, antibiotic or herbal use within a month prior to the enrollment, history of GI surgery, and history of acupuncture (with any condition) in the past of 6 months ago
