Inclusion Criteria

Eligible patients may be between 18 and 65 years of age; have radiating pain into one leg below the gluteus for at least 12 weeks with low back pain; mild to severe function limitation; positive SLR test; sufficient understanding to describe signs and symptoms and to answer the specific questionnaires.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients will be excluded if they be pregnant; have serious spinal pathology; have exercise contra-indications; have history of lumbar surgery; have severe metabolic or cardiovascular pathology.

Primary Outcome Measures

Primary outcomes measures will be leg pain intensity and function. Pain intensity will be assessed by Numeric Pain Rating Scale and function will be assessed by Patient Specific Function Scale. Both will be assessed at baseline and after intervention.
Secondary Outcome Measures

The secondary outcome measures will be low back pain intensity, disability, quality of life and global perceived effect. Pain intensity will be assessed by Numeric Pain Rating Scale, Disability by Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire, Quality of life by 36-item Short-Form Survey and Global Perceived Effect by GPE scale. All secondary outcomes measures will be taken at baseline, after intervention and 1-month follow-up.
