Inclusion Criteria
1- Women with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding and Disordered proliferative endometrium or Simple hyperplasia; 2- the desire to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: 1- persons sensitive to letrozole; 2- Severe impairment of liver function; 3- uncontrolled hypertension; 4- thromboembolism
