- •Spine Surgery under General Anaesthesia
- •No known Neuromuscular diseases
- •No known drug allergy
排除标准
- •Patients failing to meet the inclusion criteria
- •Patient refusal to sign the informed consent
- •Chronic kidney disease
- •Chronic liver disease
- •Cardiac comorbidities like Ischemic heart disease, Congestive heart failure
- •Bronchial asthma
- •Significant water, electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders
- •Bradycardia or arrhythmias on the day of surgery
