patient between 18- 65 years undergoing elective laparatomy
Exclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing emergency surgery
Patients known to have thoraco-lumbar pathology
Patients known to have coagulopathy
Known bupivacaine or fentanyl hypersensitivity.
