all 20-50 years old people that scheduled for rhinoplastic surgery.
Exclusion criteria: age above 50 years old; patients with no consent; people with ASAII and III and IV; past medical history of HTN or diabetes mellitus or cardiac and renal and hepatic disease and drug sensitivity.
