Patients were confirmed to surgery and recorded in their case by Angiography; the first time hospitalization for cronary surgery; having ability to communication and interview; ability to tolerate the interventions; acceptance to be as a research participants; aged between 45 to 75 years old; Moslem, Shiites; Literacy to read and write in Persian; Ability to talking with Persian language;
Exclusion criteria:
Patients who had medical background of depression, chronic anxiety or schizophrenia; patients who didn’t complete their questionnaires;
