入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.
- •ASA grade - 1 and 2 .
排除标准
- •1) Patient having history of motion sickness or past history of PONV
- •2) Opioid dependence
- •3) Pregnant females
- •4) Patients with liver diseases
- •5) Patients receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy within the past four weeks.
- •6) Use of antiemetic drugs within 24 hours prior to surgery.
- •7) Allergy to any drug used in the study.
- •8) Patients taking drug which increases serotonin release like selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors ( citalopram, fluoxetine, paroxetine)
