Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Main target: extent of quality of life (QOLS) and neurological status after at least 5 years (mRS).<br><br>Determination of the target values ??based on:<br>1. At the time of the event - 2. after at least 6 months - 3. currently (after at least 5 years)<br>- self-produced questionnaire (I.) based on Lampert, Thomas, et al. In this questionnaire, health-influencing parameters are also queried, such as sports activities, smoking status and alcohol consumption of the patient.<br>- QOLS Questionnaire (I.a) in German translation from Offenbacher et al.<br>- Modified Rankin Scale [6]. (Scale from 0-6, interpretation / classification based on the patient's history) - Neurological examination sheet<br>- PHQ-9 (Patient Health Questionnaire, Patient Health Sheet Depression Module).

Outcome measures: To identify risks and prognostic factors that could affect quality of life and clinical outcome.<br><br>Prognostic factors:<br>- Age at first diagnosis and current age<br>- Gender<br>- Infratentorial vs. Supratentorial bleeding<br>- WFNS (World Federation or Neurosurgical Societies)<br>- Intracerebral Hemorrhage Volume<br>- Spetzler Martin degree (AVM localization, size, venous drainage)<br>- Type of bleeding (SAB, ICB, IVH)<br>- AVM associated aneurysms<br>- Therapy type (OP, Endo, Gamma Knife) or therapy / no therapy<br>- Socio-economic status (SES) according to Lampert and Kroll [5] (self-produced questionnaire based on the parameters used in the study: age, gender, region, nationality, education, occupation, income, household characteristics)<br>- Neurological examination sheet<br>- depressive syndromes (PHQ-9, depression module of the patient's health bow)<br>
