Inclusion Criteria
- Subjects who were 6-24 years old.
- Subjects who had been diagnosed as ID following DSM-5 by psychiatrist.
- Subjects had fine motor impairment including very poor, poor or below average level following PDMS-2 evaluated by an occupational therapist.
Exclusion Criteria
- people who were profound ID.
- people who were severe disabled.
- people who were unable to comply with dentists during oral examination or toothbrushing training (Frankl’s behavior rating scale one).
